Clouds, Clouds, Clouds

Puff! Puff! Puff!

“Whats that?” asked William.

He pointed at a tall stone building, kinda like a light house, starting thick to thin.

Puff! Puff! Puff!

“I think it’s a cloud maker.” Replied Sam, “Lets go check it out!” Sam went running towards it as clouds jumped out.

“But how do we get in?” asked William, “What if we get in trouble for going near it?” Sam starting climbing the stone, William followed hesitantly and when they reached the top…. They flew up into the sky on a cloud.

“Who’s that?” asked Sam, pointing at a man in the clouds.

  1. Hi Amelia,
I thought that this was an excellent piece of writing for this week’s prompt. Full of great language techniques such as alliteration (e.g. ‘thick and thin’) and onomatopoeia (e.g. ‘puff’), these all add to the story and demonstrate your creativity and skill.

    Well done!
